"Been trying to cancel my auto policy for 3 months now and I’m still getting billed. Supposedly they “cancelled” it and said it should take a month but it’s clearly still active. Every time i go in person they say only James can cancel it but he is never there or on vacation according to his staff. Horrible customer servicer service"

"Horrible went to get a home policy and they made me pay for the frist month while it went to underwriting for approval. They told me that I would get a full refund if they couldn't cover me but never sent me the check and didn't try to refund me at all horrible service James! Dont let them lie to you!"
